2020-2021 Open Enrollment
Parents who live outside the Crivitz School District and are interested in enrolling their children in the Crivitz Schools for the 2020-2021 school year may apply online with the Wisconsin DPI beginning Monday, February 3, 2020. Students may attend a public school outside of their home district next year if parents apply during a three-month application window beginning in February.
Wisconsin’s open enrollment paves the way for students in grades K-12 to switch from their home school to another public school of the parent’s choice if space is available and subject to other restrictions. Acceptance is not guaranteed. There is no tuition cost to the parent, but the parent must provide transportation.
To take advantage of the provision for the 2020-2021 school year, parents must submit an application (preferably online) between February 3, 2020 and April 30, 2020 to the Crivitz School District. Parents need to file their intent by April 30, 2020 at 4:00 pm and, if accepted, should finalize their school choice by June 26, 2020. Applications may be completed HERE.
Additional information and online application process is available online at http://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment/resources.
