Wisconsin’s open enrollment paves the way for students in grades K-12 to switch from their home school to another public school of the parent’s choice if space is available and subject to other restrictions. Acceptance is not guaranteed. There is no tuition cost for the parent, but the parent must provide transportation.
2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR APPLICATION INFORMATION
The regular application for open enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year begins February 7, 2022. Parents may begin submitting online applications HERE (preferred method) up to the deadline of 4:00 pm on Friday, April 29. IF necessary, paper forms may be submitted to the Administrative Office, located at the Middle/High School. If the regular application period is missed, parents may apply via Alternative Open Enrollment Application, available after July 1, 2022.

2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR APPLICATION INFORMATION
Although the online application period for applying for open enrollment for the current school year has passed, parents who live outside the Crivitz School District and are interested in enrolling their children in the Crivitz Schools for the 2021-2022 school year may begin applying via paper application with WI DPI Form PI-9421. To take advantage of the provision for the 2021-2022 school year, parents must submit an application to the nonresident (Crivitz) school district. Additional resources may be found HERE.
