2021-2022 Open Enrollment
Wisconsin’s open enrollment paves the way for students in grades K-12 to switch from their home school to another public school of the parent’s choice if space is available and subject to other restrictions. Acceptance is not guaranteed. There is no tuition cost to the parent, but the parent must provide transportation.
Although the online application period for applying for open enrollment has passed, parents who live outside the Crivitz School District and are interested in enrolling their children in the Crivitz Schools for the 2021-2022 school year may begin applying via paper application with WI DPI Form PI-9421. To take advantage of the provision for the 2021-2022 school year, parents must submit an application to the nonresident (Crivitz) school district. Additiional resources may be found HERE.
